Can I get a refund?
As Vancouver t-shirt printers, we love bringing projects to life. Unfortunately though, these are your creations. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we cannot refund as the items have custom screen printing and/or embroidering. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and colour before submitting your order.
How long does order take to process?
We aim to complete your order as efficiently as possible, depending on production queue when the order is submitted, etc. Typically a project can take anywhere from a few days to just over a week.
Are there order minimums?
There are no minimums or maximums, but sometimes it depends on the project and artwork.
Can I get the same design on different products?
Yes! Pricing is based on the total quantity of garments to be adorned with the same artwork using the same adornment process. You can mix and match various garment cuts and styles as it’s the total to be adorned with the same artwork that is calculated. By ’same’ this refers to same process, same and colours in the image.
What files are acceptable for artwork?
JPG, .ai, PNG, and PDF. Files should be a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at print size. You’ll know if they are high enough resolution if when you double click to enlarge it doesn’t blur. Files can be uploaded on our contact page.

Turnaround typically takes a week (or less). And every project is printed, produced, and packaged at our facility on 5027B Still Creek Ave. in Burnaby, BC.
